- Pass sorted business card box.
- Welcome new BNI members to the organization (induct new members).
- Members introduce themselves and give a 60-second presentation.
- Welcome visitors to BNI and have members introduce them (visitors give 60-second presentation).
- Vice President's report.
- Membership Committee report.
- Secretary/Treasurer announces speakers for the next six weeks and introduces that week's presenter.
- Speaker gives 10-12 minute presentation, including questions and answers.
- Referrals & Testimonials
- Secretary/Treasurer's report.
- Announcements and reminders: chamber mixers, local events, etc.
- Door prize drawing for members bringing visitors or referrals.
- Close of meeting.
- New member orientations.
- Visitor orientations.
